New Leader Launch™ is designed to help emerging and prospective leaders successfully transition from doing great work to leading great work.
This highly practical, in-person workshop introduces seven essential leadership practices that help new leaders start fast and build strong, sustainable habits from day one. Participants leave with tools, language, and clarity they can immediately apply with their teams.
Following the workshop, leaders gain access to a dedicated online portal filled with practical tools, reflection guides, and real-world leadership challenges designed to reinforce learning on the job. They may also participate in 12 monthly virtual check-in sessions — interactive “open office hours” with Learning Point facilitators and fellow leaders — to ask questions, share wins, and strengthen execution.
